Greenify
Greenify was an attempt to make Åranvik more beautiful by making it greener. This concept has been taken from the green roofs and streets of Lyvan. Today it is regarded as a blessing for Åranvik and is the new standard everywhere.

Controversy
Greenify was questioned by religious people, as they believed that their Katedraalen would be unfitting for their religious purposes after the greenification. As a compromise, only half of the Katedraalen was greenified, as about 80 percent of all Åranvikians don’t visit the church for religious purposes.
Aftermath
The businesses in the greenified regions saw a 40% increase in revenue, as there were more visitors from inside Årania, as well as tourists. The amount of tourists more than doubled, being 210% of the amount of tourists before the greenification. The surveyed tourists liked Åranvik way more than without the greenery.
The Thorildsby Reparations were sparked by Greenify’s success in Åranvik and added custom, mixed pavements (compared to pure cobblestone before), added leaves to lots of buildings, especially Old Town Thorildsby, changed soul lanterns to orange lanterns and added trees everywhere.
