One potential reason for that is that [[DrBackstein]] wanted his freedom of construction, then became very inactive and doesn't harmonically unite buildings. [[Pantoborg]] to this day contains only 2 accessible buildings and no city design. According to the politcal satire "The Tomato", the best thing to see in [[Pantoborg]] is the ~~reworked housing blocks~~, ~~funded by the~~ [[~~UC]] development fund.
